Placed order on 10/17/03 and paid for via WorldPay. Immediately recieved order confirmation stating order would be sent out with in 24-48 hours. Funds were posted onto my credit card on 10/18/03. Waited 2 weeks and still had not recieved item so I e-mailed the company and was sent the reply explaining that the company was working with a 6 day delay and my item was a back order item but would be shipped directly from the warehouse so arrival would be quicker.
Waited 2 more weeks and sent 2 more e-mails to find out where my item was and then recieved e-mails stating that item was shipped and I should have gotten it already but they would check on it. Sent 2 more e-mails inquiring about specifics of shipping-date sent, how and asking for a tracking #. I sent another e-mail today but after finding this website, I am really not very hopeful and believe that I have also been the victim of this fraudulent company.
I also tried to log-on to their website and it is now defunct. I just hope that the bank that I have my credit card with can help me in someway since WorldPay has not been helpful in any way.
