I ordered a William Wallace (Braveheart) exact movie replica sword, priced at $325 on their website, on 23-01-2011. I was immediatley charged for item tax shipping (total $367.50), yet to this day (over 4 months later), I still have not received the item.
First, they made me wait for over 2 months saying the item was out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment from manufacturer, even though their website never said anything about that. Then when they finally shipped a package, they shipped the wrong item. They sent me a cheap $80 replica instead, with clearly visible differences in quality, size, and lack of display plaque compared to the one I ordered. Repeat conversations have lead to nothing but them claiming they sent the right item and calling me a liar. They refused to send the correct item or refund my money.
This has been by far the most unpleasent and unprofessional experience in all my years of dealing with online retailers. Stole my money.
