I would like to formally address this decision to remove my profile.
First, I am unaware of any "abusive" postings on the site and would request copies to be forwarded to my immediate attention as I deny any wrongdoing regarding this false allegation. Secondly, and more importantly, I would imagine the standard protocol in such a violation is to warn a gold member, due to the fact that he/she has a written contract based on terms and warranties and has paid in advance a sum of money for such a contract which is to be honored by both parties. Please furnish this warning so I can review them because I certainly have not received one prior to being terminated without cause. There has been no violation of the terms and conditions of membership whatsoever and I intend to take action to enforce my contract.
You are aware that unfortunately two members from MM have stolen photos from the site and posted fake profiles using those same photos on other websites in order to defame the character or slander myself and another member named Nanzie. I consider this to be both a criminal matter and a civil matter. I have printed up the my fake profile and opened a file up with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Cyber Crimes Unit and they are taking action to prosecute the perpetrators. Since the crime was initiated by the theft of the private property from MM your office was notified so that you could assist in the matter and you have refused. You can be forced to comply through subpoena to the investigators so they can determine if a crime has occurred. I posted my photos believing that they were protected by MM and not for public duplication. You are aware of the crime as it has been reported to you by Nanzie and the evidence was and admission by Steelmagnolia in an email which she provided for your review. You denied it was authentic however Stella (Sha**) has offered to sign a notarized declaration that this email is real. This is damning evidence which is also now part of the FBI file due to its forensic value.
So if making a comment about this kind of mistreatment should not tolerated upon another fellow blogger is your reason for my removal then I feel you have singled me out unfairly and without cause. Other members are also outraged as you can see by the comments posted on the blogs with respect to your abrupt and unwarranted removal of my profile. You have allowed the suspects to continue to wreak havoc on the blogs and that is shameful to say the least.
Finally, I want to make it perfectly clear that this matter is a legal one and I have contacted an attorney in order to defend my rights and to prevent further slander against me. Please be advised, we intend to take all remedial steps to reverse this decision. We intend to file a complaint with the Department of Corporations for unfair and discriminatory business practices which are in violation of federal laws as well as possibly filing a civil suit here locally for damages caused by your actions. Wehereby request the name of your corporate officers, directors, the President, CEO, and or agent of record for a legal service of our documents to your office.
Please furnish forthwith and without delay.
