I contacted this company in december 2005. The assessment of my personality and my requierements took several hours just to feel their paper work. Then, the choice, to get one or two men to meet, or more, or provide educated support with the analysis of your date and help. I choose the serious package with the ongoing support. And to have the chance to come back if an attempt to have new relationship didn't work over trial period.
The first, they didn't move my "file" to the department during two months. I called and asked couple times, what is going...
In a month, they set the date. On my request of picture, the description of person I didn't get anything. They took a picture of me while filled their papers, so I expected to get 'his" picture and more than he is italian and have a bisiness.
When we met, he was short and smaller than me. The conversation was rotating around the LifeMates, how they offering him invalids and he already complained about it. And one more, he was afraid of women, he was telling that women are following him and he feel uncomfortable to their attention.
The company informed me at the time of assestment, they will set the trial date, to figure out some character sides to find the match better. So i was waiting for the responce and the next time. It never happen.
Over some time I called myself and ask what is going. The answer was, we are looking. And the next time, and the next.
Then I asked if there is a problem, may I know the responce from the date, or what is going on. The suggestion was, I need to look at my requierements, that might help.
I was on the phone with their ongoing team person, looking over my profile. Yes, I want european, educated, healthy and active individual. I don't want asian or other type of colors. I know, it will not work for the relation. If they have the support team, I asked them, let them look and decide if I have any difficulies to have a relationship and let them contact me and work with me. No responce after.
The next time I called and whent through my profile with them.
I would say, I'm not going for drinkers or overweight people.
We didn't change a thing in my request.
Then the year passed. I found the great person myself. Through the Perfect Match website. We are happy and working on our differences, willing to do many steps for each other and working on our personalities. We are happy that met each other and that we are on the same step of personal development.
The LifeMates did nothing for this happen. No support, no offers, no choises, no suggestions to which direction to work on yourself.
Money they charge is a complete rip-off. their advertisement and articles about themself is comlete fraud. I would suggest to write the disclosing article and made a tv program to show the real face of the dating company.
