I took my son down, there were sooo many people there. My son had a small audition. We got a call the following day saying he had been picked. Then when I got there they could only take him if I paid $1950.
The classes started in december, I told them my son was in a play at the Guelph Little Theatre and this was something he could not miss (performances I mean). They told me that was fine there would be classes starting in January. I then managed to get some time off for the saturdays I needed to get off to take him down there. Eventually after lots of phone calls I was told no new classes would be starting in January this would not happen till March. Well, now I had a problem getting the time off.
It is a one and a half hour drive each way, then I have to find parking and get him there. Hang around and wait. After going down there a couple of times I just knew I was going to run ino trouble. I have diabetes and my sugars were all over the place after two days of doing this. Also I decided I couldn't afford this huge amount for 10 classes I would have to find something cheaper and nearer home. I have tried to call, also e-mail and I am not getting any further. They insist the credit will stay there unitl I can use it!!
Even after all this I have been having more health problems, and so I really really cannot do it, also I cannot get every saturday off from my place of work. They don't seem to care and will not budge from the fact this amount of money will be waiting for my son when he takes the lessons.
I made a mistake but I didn't use the service. Even if there is a small charge for administration, these people cannot surely keep all this money!!
At first they were really nice and listened, now nothing, so what can I do. Do I take them to small claims court, if so do I need to get a lawyer??
