On 06/20/2006 I signed up for a $1.00 Trial Membership on psychics4free.com. After I put all the usual information in the sign-up form and submitted the payment I was re-directed to another site to sign up for more Trial memberships on other websites.
I did not receive any confirmation e-mail with my data, nor when the Trial membership will expire and I was also unable to access the website.
I wrote a complain on the customer service page and explained what happend, but did not receive any answer.
So I decided to write another e-mail to their customer service to explain the situation once more..
The $1.00 Trial Fee were taken out of my account and so were the $39.95 membership fee- even though I did never have access to their site. Now they say I should have read their Terms and Conditions... aren't Terms and Conditions binding for both sites?
They took money from me for a service I was never able to use. Obviously they know that their website is srewed up. They just want to rip people off or else they would have at least offered a solution!
