Ordered flowers March 8th to be delivered in Montreal on March 10th. It was easy to get through on their 1.888 line.
Flowers were never delivered on March 10th nor today on March 13th. Started calling them on March 10th and no reply. Kept getting the answering machine. They must have a system in place to recognize phone calls and not reply to numbers that the system recognizes. I am going to have a friend try to get through on a new number.
Credit card has been charged. I will see what I can do about that. I am not hopeful.
I have learned from this experience. Never order from them and in the future, check out carefully any company over the internet before placing an order. The whole experience has been humiliating, not-to-mention extremely upsetting, as flower sending is an expression of love. This operation should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and more.
