Consumer beware!
I used GC&T back in July to sell a vehicle after they contacted me. I am usually a very informed consumer and I always ask the right questions. The salesperson (Sean) gave the wrong information on the phone regarding their money-back guarantee and my ad was not even posted. I tried on various occasion to contact them but noone emailed nor phoned back. One of the receptionist's informed me that I would not even get a call back nor would they give me my money back. This coming from a coworker! When I sent the notarized copy of my vehicle's registration and the guarantee - guess what I did not get my money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will do everything I can to keep informing people of this crooked company. I have now had the opportunity to check out other complaints from consumers regarding this company and I realize I made a terrible mistake. Please beware and use only reliable sources to sell your vehicle.
