Said they would advertise my vehicle and never did. Said would give money back if not sold by them and now they won't return emails or calls

A fellow by the name of Chris Johnston contacted me about my vehicle, said they would sell it in 4 days or at least 30 if I gave them $159.00 for the advertising costs. I did ask how he makes his money if he gives the $159 back and he said through the financing charges. I checked with the better business bureau, they are not a member and he said they were and when I asked him about the complaints on BBB he said they were made before he bought the company. He did mention the money back guarantee and I would not need a lawyer to sign a copy of the registration if I sold it myself.

I have sent several emails regarding the truck to Chris Johnston, had no one call me about it to buy as it was never listed on the site. I have phoned and the mailbox is always full. I have done everything needed to get the return and have had no money come back.
