This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They make false promises for delivery, charge you outrages prices (in USD by the way!), and do not return your calls or e-mails when you have a complaint or are trying to cancel an order. I placed an order with this company for a flower delivery for a death in the family and the flowers never arrived, yet I got charged $80 USD on my credit card. This company uses false promises to make you believe that they are reliable, when they are not at all. On top of that, they don't care if you're not satisfied or if you have a complaint. I wrote 2 e-mails and placed 5 calls. Two of the calls I left messages for a customer service representative and I never received a phone call back. It is very frustrating that a company so poor in service is still in business.
