My boyfriend and I spent over $100 on flowers for our moms for Mother's Day. NEVER sent! NO refund!
At first they said they sent them, which they didn't. Then they told us the order was lost but they can upgrade our order free of charge and send them out right away. They said this EVERY time I called. It was a MONTH after Mother's Day that I made my last phone call. I said I wanted a refund and the man on the phone told me only the manager can give refunds. So he gave me her phone #, and what do ya know... that number was disconnected!!
TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Beware!
