Where is my order? I want to solve the problem. RIPOFF Saint Laurent

Hi, jade, jenny,

Jenny, remember me? I'm sure that you are remember me because I'm order a lot of attakus products from you(and i'm come from hong kong). Remember taht you keep 15 attakus yoda statues for me, and you are charged my credit card on pre order(I'm order it via email). Your staff said that the yoda was arrived in april, this year, and I have received email from your staff. He told me all statues are ok and no problem, and it's on the way in mid april.

After that, I have send you some email and asked about my 15 x attakus yoda statues. Your staff was said that it's on the way in mid april, 05, but more than 2 months later, still no news.

I have send a lot of emails but no reply (only one replied, but just said will help to check out the tracking number. Surely, it's no more info.) I just want to solve this problem, my 14 customers order this item from me.

So, I have ordered 15 yoda statues from you. My customers are all very unhappy and make me a lot of troubles. I think you are a good guy and didn't want to cheat me money. So, please tell me the tracking number. If you are really forgot to send it out, or out of stocks(you are cancelled all attakus products in your website(?? ), please send refund.

It's easy for me to tell my customers what's going on. Some of my customers want to call police and credit card center, but I'm telling them do not do it at this monent. I want to hear something from you. Please, please reply.
