Ripoff and Runaround for credits
I ordered flowers online and they weren't delivered. I called to find out why and cancel order. I was told it was canceled. When I received the charge on my charge card, I called for a refund.
The flowers were ordered 2/14 and I've called 3times to find where my refund is. I've been told the person who handles that has left for the day every time and when asked to speak to a manager, they are in meetings!
I'm still fighting for my refund! Not a reputable company!!!
