I order a gift for my dad, i send the a cheque which was cash june 2 and i never received the item. i wrote to them never receiving the item or an answe

I place an order in May and paid for by cheque. They quitly cash my cheque on June the 2 which was for 42.oo dollars.

I never received the item which was a gift. I wrote to them and they conveniently never reply to my letter.
