I received catalogue in the mail - my 10 year old daughter found the perfect gift for Father's Day for her Dad. Giving me her own money I wrote a cheque May'04 to Mail Order Exchange - amount approximately $23.
By the end of June we had not received anything so finally getting a phone number from information the operater gave me a number.
I spoke to a lady who said my order was on backorder and would be another few weeks.
I tried calling yesterday the same number after being away for the summer and got an answering maching - saying the customer service was closed until Aug 2.
I can't believe I have been ripped off
