Cashed my cheque and did not forward merchandise as advertised. to me this is not fraud but theft of consumer funds and confidence. what can be done to prevent this type of fraudulent advertising. I received a beautiful brochure in the mail through reputable advertising mailing house which I will no longer review their correspondence.
It will be thrown in the garbage where it belongs because why would they not have done background research on all the companies in their mailing advertising correspondence. this is nothing more than deceipt and theft for profit.
