Hello:

Last May, 2002; I received a call from "First Capitol Consumers Group" that I had been approved for a $3000 Visa Card. Also, along with this card was a promise of a new computer. I was told that this was a promotion between this company and HP. Being "leary, " I asked them for their Custumer Service Phone number so I could call them back. I hung up the phone; and did call them back. The phone was answered immediately. I even asked to speak to a supervisor as this offer sounded to good to be true.

Well, I finally believed it! They debited my checking account on May 29, 2002 for $219.00! After a couple of weeks when I did not receive my card; I tried calling the customer service number. I could not get through; and when I did get through; I had to leave a message.

I left numerous messages!! I have been trying for months to get my money back. I am 100% disabled and living on $932.00 per month. The money they took was a huge chunk from my paycheck.

I just hope that somehow these people can be placed in prison for what they did to innocent victims!
