Placed an order to Victoria Secret, received the merchandise and decided to return the products. The return information indicated that I was to return the products to Mississauga, Ontario. The products were received and a signature was obtained on November 14 2012 at Victoria Secret Mississauga. I expected a refund and have called the company twice only to receive an inadequate response, being told that even though the products were received in Mississauga they cannot refund me until my three little items are returned to Columbus, Ohio. The customer service in the US had me on hold for over half an hour while a supervisor tried to find my order and then I was told that Canada Post did not deliver my item, when I have a signature from Victoria Secret staff in Mississauga from Canada Post. I cannot understand in the age of technology as we know it, that it takes 15 days to have a refund to my credit card. They had no problem charging me for the product within 15 minutes of purchase, why cannot I not have the same service on a refund?
