Third time I complain and still no response!!!

I ordered a "Hot and Ready" pizza from Little Caesars at 2272 Tenth Line Rd in Orleans, Ontario, number 04865-00002, Order number: 1041564 at 4:08 pm on Feb 8, 2026. The pizza was not Ready as advertised. I had to wait 17 minutes for the order. This is unacceptable. I should get a free coupon for this bad service.

I have written three times to the company under their complains section since that time and no response. This is located in Canada.
