Very poor customer service

This Tim Hortons gives this chain of restaurants a very bad name. My family and I live in lake Cowichan. We were excited as was the town to hear we were getting a Tim Hortons. A much needed resource of infrastructure and employment opportunities for the town.
Disappointment though is an understatement one would use to describe this restaurant. The staff are poorly trained and 9 out of 10 times will mess up your order going though drive through. We have had the wrong soup.. wrong sandwich.. wrong coffee.. no spoon with soup.. and been given the wrong breakfast bagel with sausage instead of bacon.. (even when the order was repeated back) repeatedly.
How they can consistently mess up orders is mind boggling.
When you try to phone for information, or to lodge a complaint they never pick up the phone.. so you cant even contact the manager to let them know unless you are prepared to take the time to go in.. and a customer one should be able to make a private complaint at convenience. I have also seen the person who makes the sandwiches come to the till and do cash with gloves on and handle interact cards.. then without changing gloves go back to making sandwiches. This Tim Hortons needs to be reported AND have new management. It is also my understanding from another local that they have hired staff without then having been food safe certified.
