Lack of service

My Kenmore elite washer (front loader) broke down on July 13, 2009. It is now October and it is still not fixed. After dozens of phone calls, the service men have appeared twice but always with the wrong part.

I have five kids... they should be ashamed!

I WILL NEVER EVER buy from Sears again. I am disgusted with every aspect of their so called client service.
