Part on backorder for 2 months

I purchased a brand new Maytag front loader washer in July 2010. In October the machine broke and the part has a backorder or 164 for Canada alone and is not expected until mid December. Sears has a policy of replacing their appliances if the repair is not done in 30 days. I have spent 1 week, 1 hour every morning, getting the same answer. We are waiting for the part and its expected in December. When I ask when they are going to replace the machine, they say that the service manager has to make that decision and we will send an email. I hear this every single day, the same answer.By the time they repair this machine, with $100 per week in laundry mat for a family of 5, I might as well buy another machine. Never ever buy products from Sears that has a warranty. They do not support their warranty and service in a timely manner. 3 month old washing machine and I am in the laundry mat.
