This company send me pirated dvds, and refuses to let me send them back or refund my money

I ordered the Wings tv series January 9, 2007. It took over a month for it to ship and when I finally got it the dvds were pirated copies, and didn't work. I called the company to complain and they said they would send me a new set. I never recieved the new set and every time I contacted the company they said it was on back order. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was always told that the supervisor was not in.
