I was employed by Nexonta Technologies June of 2009.Nexonta was owned at that time and still is by Huey John. After having worked at Nexonta for over 3 weeks and not being paid for as agreed, I left. Nexonta did not make any payment to me for another 2 weeks. Only a partial payment was made, and that cheque bounced. I went to the Commission des Normes du Travail, which is the Quebec Labor Commission and filed a complaint. They went after Nexonta but could not get payment since Nexonta had moved to another location, and finally moved out of the province. Nexonta has thus moved 3 times in the past 2 years that I know of.
Now almost 3 years later I am still waiting to be paid. The owner of Nexonta, Huey John, keeps stringing me along with all kinds of lies, that Nexonta will finally make good on that NSF cheque. I believe that anyone that might contemplate working for Nexonta do some due diligence. If you are looking to use Nexonta services, think twice before giving Nexonta any monies up front..
