Complaint / review / scam report
I have been a long time Easyhome customer with no problems at all HOWEVER, I moved to another province and went to rent a bed again from them... they had all my info in their computer and could even tell me what I had rented in the past and when, but when it came to getting another bed from them they said that they had no idea how much equity I had put into the bed (duh?!?! it's in your computer) so they just randomly picked an amout... knocked off a few weeks at the end of the rental term. The manager was extremely rude because I only owed $400 on the other bed I had rented in the other province. I think it was because she didn't want to lose out on any money. Be aware that they don't always honour their "Investment Transfer Promise" AND they made my payment due dates to be Sunday's when they aren't even open... and then call rudely Monday morning saying I was due yesterday. Giving back the bed in a few weeks.
