I recently purchased an X-Box 360 from superstore only to find an old x-box with scratches on it in the box. The cords in the box looked brand new and didn’t work with the consol. Now I’m stuck with a consol that I can’t even turn on. I’m pretty sure employees have been switching the products. When I approached the manager, she simply said she will not allow for exchanges or refunds because the codes didn’t match, but that was how I had purchased the product. SO, according to superstore the customer is always WRONG!!! BEWARE of purchasing electronics at Superstore, apparently your suppose to open the product in the store to verify NO employee has switched it. I’m disappointed in superstores lack of ethical training, consider most people working in the electronics are high school students.
