Charge for closed account

This account was canceled, or so I thought, in 2009 as indicated by an email you have on file... apparently your people sent out instructions on how to cancel... never got them. Either way, you can see I never used the service and now I was billed $10.00 renewal which put a dormant bank account into overdrawn and was charged$ @45.00..I am hoping in good business faith that you will reimburse me the $10.00 as well as the $45.00 and this will be the end of it.
