Hello.
I recently purchased a large bug tent from the Joseph Howe Superstore in Halifax Nova Scotia. After finding pieces missing I was forced to return to the Superstore on four separate occasions in an effort to retreive the missing parts. On the fourth visit, and a good 45 minute drive into town each time, I was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes so that the manager could finish his lunch. I waited in my car in the heat, and then went in to finally receive the correct and missing parts that were removed from my box to construct an in-store bug tent.
I mean to never shop at this location again. I think that is the worst service I have ever received at any store. On my first visit everyone I encountered appeared to be zoned out and not very interested in helping anyone in the store - not just me. I used to love the Superstore, and I was an avid supporter over Sobey's in NS. No longer is that the case.
