Money paid... no service or contact

Pierre was really enthusiastic until they got their money. I sent back the first contract unsigned by mistake and they actually credited back my credit card but I had not seen this web page before so I signed another contract. Got a hold of my "Buddy" Pierre once but he sounded like he had a hangover and not as enthusiastic. Haven't been able to get hold of him (number not in service) or customer service since. My contract says they will refund after 120 days. Called visa and they gave me another phone number, email address and fax number. The phone number was out of service and I haven't heard back from my email so visa is processing a ""service dispute" complaint and are going to credit the amount back to me except that they may reinstate the charge if Universal can prove they provided the service. If they do that I can only hope they stay in business until the 120 days are over when I should be able to get the $ back for good.

Has anyone had dealings with Trans Atlantic (they ask for voided cheques to send you they sale $) or Nationwide who clain to have customers who they have financed to buy???
