Did not receive replacement product

I bought jungle drawer knobs, received product but 3 were damaged because they were packaged too close together and knocked each other. That was in March 2007, emailed company and they offered to send me 3 new knobs to replace the broken ones, it is now September 2007 and I have emailed them at least once more about the knobs, but I have still not received the replacement.

In the meantime my baby has been born in July and I am missing three drawer knobs on her dressers.
