After reading all the other complaints, just glad we aren't the only ones. We too called about the CD, which never did get here. We too had $72.12 off our credit card. This happened in April and May. They never did take the April one off but they did take the May charge off our credit card. We were given an address in Wyoming to write & ask for a refund of the April charge. That letter came back today "Return to sender, Refused, Unable to forward" so not sure where now to send this letter. No phone numbers either. Guess we have to chaulk this up to a very bad experience.
