This is a new mmo that has come out. They have mislead thousands of people with advertising on what would be available. exapmle but collectors edition and you get buddy keys for friends to try. I never received any this is one of many examples. Second the game doesnt work. Constanr crashes due to poor programing. Memory leaks and such. I have asked them to refund my money as this game charges a montly fee. But you cant actually play the game for more that 10 minutes at a time. You then crash. Second the release statement that they had fixed issue and stabilised the service so i gave the benifit of the doubt and payed another month. When i realised they hadnt fixed anything i immediatly canceled my account and demanded they refund my money. I have not tried to log in since. I have emeiled them several times requesting my money be returned. All i got back was canned responses and one message stating that my account was cancelled 2 days after my bill date and to have a nice day. the rest of my inquiries have gone ignored. Some have even bounced back. I dont feel i sould have to pay for lies on what they were offering and for a game thats not playable.
