Here is a example of creative marketing at the expense of the consumer and if it is the way of the future lets stop it early before it gets out of hand. i recently purchased a home and was not sure if water softner was working proper so did my due diligence and found and phoned the company in my town that repairs these when he arrived he did nothing to unit and proceeded to try and sell me a brand new unit i ask him about mine and he said he did not want to touch it because he was afraid he might break it then they sent me a repair bill i refused to pay on the grounds he did nothing but try and sell me a new one they then took me to credit agency for collections so i had to pay to save my perfect credit rating so anyone dealing with this company or others using this marketing scam be aware of these type companys. just think taking your car in to get fixed and having the guy look at it from across the lot and say no he does not want to touch it he is afraid he will break it then send you a bill and take you to collections and wins because it cost to much to fight in court if you do not pay just think how far and creative desperate companys are getting and when they get out of hand we will be ready to stop them yes i got hosed and this is my only avenue to release my frustration to one person at a time and stop the insanity.
