We recently got our hydro disconnected, I made the payment of $900 which was just above the amount they requested, I made the payment through the bank machine on payday which was 2 days later and then called them with the confirmation # immediately only to be told that it was not good enough and that we would not be able to get our power back on until the money reached them and then it would be credited to our account. our account was credited almost 2 full days later at 8 pm friday night, well now if we want our service back for the weekend it will cost about $160 instead of the $80 if they reconnected us when we called to confirm payment.
