Sent A winnings check for $3, 820.00 to my 13 year old son!

I called this company to find out how they could send this check to a 13 year old. I talked to one person who said "it was a computer error, just tear up the check". I asked him how they got my son's name. His reply was, "you are not listenng to what I am saying" and hung up. I was very skeptical about this because he wouldn't answer my question. He had mentioned to call back on Wednesday to speak with Jerry Mitchell or Amanda Kia, so I did.

I supposedly spoke with Jerry Mitchell and he also told me "it is a computer error". I asked him if my son signed up for something or how they chose him, he said "you aren't listening to me", and hung up.
I just wanted to know how they got my son's name.
Thank goodness I found this site before my husband deposited the check. I'm sorry for the people that got scammed. Hopefully others will see this as the fraud that it is.
