I also recieved a 'final notification' letter. When I called the number I spoke with a man (Paul Louis) who instructed me to deposit the check and to call back when it cleared my account. He claimed the rest of the $38, 000 would then be sent via Fed Ex. I later found out that if I had deposited the check, I would have had to pay it back!
