I recieved a letter stating a had won 125, 000, in a market survey. I was to call the claim agent to begin the process of my winnings. when I talked to the agent he stated i needed to pay 3, 642 dollars for canadian non resident service taxes. He also stated that I had to pay this before I could recieve any of my earnings. the guy told me to think it over and call him back later today. I researched and reported it.
