Publishers Sweepstakes Registry
I recieved a letter saying I was grand prize winner of one million dollars, But they wanted five thousand dollars for 'non resident fees' = do not call these numbers, send the letter to your Consumer Protection Services in your state Nationwide

I recieved a letter stating that I had won one million dollars from Publishers Sweepstakes Registry, and had 7 days to claim it. I called the agent, Mr. Micheal Rickman at 1-866-463-3780 Ext #1, He explained that I would have to pay 4, 900.00 for non resident taxes.
I told him I did not have that kind of money, he then put me on hold and came back saying he had spoken to someone else, and I would only have to pay 2, 450.00.

He said for me to borrow it from someone, but not to tell them what it was for, to not tell anyone for my own safety. He said that when I sent them the money they would be at my door within 2-6 hours with the check.

I have since called the Consumer Protection Services, and was informed that this indivivual has been pulling this scam for a number of years, along with a man named Mr. Scott Manning, who is pretending to be an Internal Revenue Agent. His # is 1-604-716-4608.

Please, if you recieve a letter like this, do not call these numbers, send the letter to your Consumer Protection Services in your state, that is what they told me to do. You should Never have to send money if you have a legitimate contest, lottery or sweepstakes.
