Ordered my son a small desk on 12/08. The delivery status is still "in Progress". I was suppose to get the desk before 12/10. It didn't come so I rechecked and it said delivery 12/18 - 12/25.
Today I checked and it has been changed to 12/30 - 1/28. I called customer service and went through the commands and FINALLY got to customer service and it was a recording saying they were extremely busy and leave my name and message on the answering machine and they would call me back. It went straight to a recording system that said "mailbox full" and cut me off. I tried again and the same thing.
I sent two emails neither of which were replied. This company is a fraud. Do not buy anything from them. I have no desk and they have $249 of my money.
You can't cancel anything and get a refund because they will tell you the shipping is "in process" and it will cost more to return and restock the item which will be almost or over the price you paid.
