I received a letter from Dagen Financial Fund Settlement (Investment and Lottery Consultant Management) on 12/18/2008 saying that I won $275, 000.00 from a Government Lottery Office. It also had a check that came with it and the total amount of the check is $4, 750.00. I came close to depositing the check, but I knew something was wrong when I checked the internet to find out that there was no such thing as a government lottery or a Dagan Financial Fund Settlement.
