I was call by ROGER LANLY who told me that I was approved for a 5000 loan

I was called by Roger Lanly and I was told I was approved for a 5000 loan I was to send 10% and I would get the loan released December 1 it did not happen on December 3 I told them wanted my money back and they told me that they would have to mail it to me.

I waited for 2 weeks and it did not come so I call them back and they told me that it would be purolater to me I called back the next day and asked for the tracking code and they did not give it to me and that is the last I have hard from them.
