Rec'd letter dated 08/12/08 as Final notification for release of Reward Program Lottery lump sum of $39, 000. Also enclosed was a check for $3, 950 to pay applicable tax.
Phone number given reached a recording that all representatives were busy and to leave a message. But message box was full so no messages could be left.
Felt real good at first because this came at a time when I could really use the money. Decided to go online to check it out and found out that this is a ripoff. Have shredded check and hopes.
