I bought a nokia phone from our reliable mobile agent, Mobilicity. After a couple of days, my phone was not charging. I took it back to the store and was advised that I had to send it to be fixed. Mind you, they might not be able to fix it.
There will be a $25.00 shipping charge.
Please advise me on this situation. I just bought the phone, lasting one week and I can not get a new phone, I can not get a replacement. What is going on. I do not understand. This my only phone and now I am out of touch, both professionally and personally.
I find this to be totally unethical and unfair. Please help me to resolve this matter. Thank you.
