I was terminated from my Job as a Business Development Manager in Apr 2006, after working for this company for 9.5yrs.
I was depressed and I started looking for help and a search for a good lawyer who can represent me and help me. I found Davis Harris's website and I submitted my situation on line. Few days later I got a call and went for a discovery session.
With all said I was in the settlement meeting in Feb of 2008, and I agreed to an settlement amount with the employer.
The amount was disbursed to David in Feb and till date I have not received a cent, he is very bad in accounting and completely unorganized trying to give me less amount and trying to add more fee than we agreed on.
Since then I am trying to get in touch with him he is not returning my calls and my e mails and when I visit his office either he is hiding or slips out from an other door.
I want to warn people that never go to him and save yourself from such lawyers.
A complete disgrace for the law faculty, I want to request the upper law society of Canada to BAN such lawyers. who take advantage to innocent people and of their situation.
