Once again, this group of individuals were brought to Small Claims Court in Brampton, Ontario and was attended by Berdj and Annie Konyalian on March 17, 2008. We negotiated on a amount with the judge at this time, which was actually less then the true amount owing to me.
The judge told Berdj that he has no case and to settle with the agreed amount presented.
It was signed by Berdj Konyalian on this date, March 17, 2008 and they were given 30 days to forward the amounts sealed by the courts to me.
Today is June 4th, 2008 and I still have not received any monies from Better Beverages of North America Inc, Annie Konyalian, Director for Better Beverages of North America Inc. Berdj and Annie Konyalian, Directors for Better Beverages International. Annie Konyalian also is the owner of the Lombardi Jewelery store in Montreal. Nothing from David Nguyen either, no sign of him at any court date, only to have Berdj attend on his behalf. Maybe David Nguyen is afraid of something, don't you think?
Of course, David Nguyen will never show at these court dates as he is in hiding in Montreal somewhere. If you know his whereabouts let the public know.
This is another example of how they treat innocent employees on the monies owed to them, even though the Court system has told them to pay me and others and simply ignore the rights of others and the law. Many others have attended court against these bandits, many to are still waiting.
Be very careful with any business doings with the named companies and individuals mentioned.
