I received a Winning FInal Notification Letter today saying I an a 250, 000 winner! The "only" thing I had to do was deposit the $2985 check they sent me for me to receive my lump sum. Knowing that it sounded to good to be true..but still just wanting to know because thats a lot of money for a single mom with a 12, 000 student loan, still looking for a job and living off of food stamps!
So I called and Yolanda King (if thats her actual name) repeated what the letter said but didn't know what to answer when I asked for an address, a name, a phone number etc. I then went to the library got online to this website and read many reports describing the very letter I received. It's very disappointing and upsetting to know that there are people in this world that will take advantage of others just to make a quick buck. I guess I was also trying to make a quick buck..but all I wanted to do was buy a house, find a job and take my 5 year old to DisneyWorld!
