Ripoff, no contact, took my money

I sent money in, and was guarenteed a 1% response or they would refund me the difference and 2, 500.00. I have tried to call them, but I get a message telling me to fax my submission to them. I tried to fax a letter and always get a busy signal. They do not have a email address to contact them.
