Failure to refund ad payment in time they said it would take place, email address given to contact them does not work!

I waited the prescribed time for refund. The refund did not arrive and I tried contacting them with provided email addrerss and it does not work.
I called their phone number and no one answers. The recording on the phone says to leave a message.
I left a message and still no return call.
Looks like a big hype rip off.
