Needs To Reconcider Management Extreemly poor Service and False advertising Somewhere In

I purchased a product from Tonya's Toybox on the 17th of June 2004, with the understanding that it would take 6 to 8 days with the purchase of the express mail. I have checked the purchase info several times and all it tells me is I made a new purchase. I've emailed the company three times in reguards to my purchase and have never recieved a reply email back from them. Their customer service is obviously lacking because I should have recieved some kind of reply or notice. I have no idea where my product is.

I then found this site and read anouther report which is exactly like mine, and in the rebuttal the writer was obviously bitter and not apologetic, and they revieled the item discription of the item purchased where they broke the privacy Policy of the customers purchase. I don't recomend doing business with them. No where on their website is any other kind of contact info other than the email address listed which is useless obviously. There is no address, or location. I didn't even know that they were based in Canada until I read the rebuttal.

I should of known better than doing any kind of online business with a online adult store that has so little verifications and information.. Not even a mailing tracking code is given... I think this business is fishy.
Good luck if you try them yourselves. Because they will claim to keep in contact with you on rebuttles but in all actuality they don't.
