No response, no merchandise

I purchased a product from on February 7, 2010. Immediately my card was charged but I still have not received my purchase. The website states that it can take up to 5 weeks for delivery. I have requested a status update on my order three different times and I have received no replies. I have also tried calling the number on the website numerous times and there has been no answer. This website is not legitimate and I would not purchase a product from I am going to start the process of filing charges against the owner unless my item is shipped/exchanged in the next two weeks and I would recommend anyone else with the same problem to do the same. This man obviously does not care about his business or his customers.
